Unopened
In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Products
For health and food safety reasons, opened or used food products (including honey) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days to process.
